300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training: This certificate program builds on the foundation of a 200-Hour Teacher Training Program and takes students’ teaching abilities to the next level. Students qualify for a 500-hour certification with Yoga Alliance.

Roni’s heart-based teachings transpire from her colorful background in arts and music, often incorporating sound therapy for deep relaxation and emotional clearing.
As a Tibetan Buddhist practitioner, Roni’s Island Yoga classes are rooted in mindfulness and meditation. She specializes in Yoga Therapy & Ayurveda in fields such as mental health, spinal and structural issues and women’s health.
She brings presence and grace to her Island Yoga classes by cultivating awareness and compassion.
Wang Pao Yu - 'Bao'
Originally from Taiwan, Bao has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years, accumulates more than 10,000 hours of teaching experience. Certified E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and a professional yoga trainer from Yoga Alliance, her teaching style is focused on the connection between body and awareness.
Teaching content based on how to effectively use the brain and muscle as a link, let the body consciously to practice the position and combined the idea of sports anatomy, emphasized the centre point of the body, stabilized the balance of body and consciousness, strengthen the back muscle. Plus breathing adjustment so that make you can effectively control your own body.
