A day in the life of a climbing yogi…
- Each day starts with a flowing yoga session designed to energize and awaken followed by a healthy breakfast.
- We use “top rope” climbing methods where the student is always attached to a tight and secure rope passed through a high anchor. Our experienced instructors will teach you to move gracefully on the rock using balance, flexibility and focus.
- Thailand climbing is an amazing experience due to the fantastic rock “architecture”….we often find ourselves weaving up through stalactites, caves and tufa systems …there is always time for photos and videos which will hugely impress your friends and family!!!
- Returning to the resort, we take a gentle late afternoon yoga class to relax and unwind.
The program is suitable for everyone
It’s perfect for beginners to rock climbing, gym climbers ready to graduate to “real rock” and anyone with a sense of adventure who is looking for a new challenge. Climbing is also wonderfully addictive…don’t be surprised on returning home to find yourself scouting out rock gyms, climbing forums, exotic climbing destinations and prospective adventure partners!!!
