WHOLE FITNESS PROGRAM
Our Whole Fitness program incorporates the latest training trends of Power/Fitness Yoga. Get ready to burn some calories and discover the fundamentals of yoga as a complete fitness regime. The course will include power yoga sessions, calisthenics and dynamic outdoor activities like jungle hiking, paddle boarding and kayaking.
Fitness program schedule
Day 1 | Grounding
To start our program, after a brief opening presentation we will have a relaxing and restorative session to feel grounded and energized after a travel day to Koh Yao Noi, preparing your body for more intense practices to follow on the next days.
Day 2 | Power Yoga & SUP Yoga
On day two focus on practices to help you build strength, stability & burn calories!
We will start the day with a sweaty Power Yoga session, a fast-paced dynamic class that provides a good cardio and strength-training workout.
Later we jump on a paddle board for SUP Yoga, a practice that will challenge your balance and focus, help you gain stability and of course have loads. After the session participants will have time to go paddling and exploring. Don’t forget to come back on time for our delicious dinner!
Day 3 | Yogasthenics & Yin Yoga
We start our day with Yogasthenics, a trendy practice combining Yoga, Calisthenics and Functional Movement. This session is similar to a yoga class, but with some fitness, exercises using your own body weight and some props at our outdoor gym. Get ready for push-ups & pull-ups!
After breakfast you will have time to explore our beautiful island, cycling, kayaking or simply chilling on the beach. And to restore the body and work on flexibility we will finish the day with a beautiful Yin Yoga session followed by a Beach bonfire gathering.
Day 4 | Yoga for Strength
We close our program with an intense yoga session that will help you strengthen the muscles of your whole body, gain stability and feel good about yourself. After this one you will surely remember us even after leaving 😉
