A holistic yoga practice goes beyond the mat – the food we eat directly impacts our energy. Our two restaurant options – Sabaidee Yogi Café and The Nature Lodge – provide health-conscious spaces for our community to nourish your body and connect over delicious fresh dishes.
Sabaidee Yogi Café
All our dishes are prepared and made daily and align with our strong core values of freshness, nutrition, and variety. Each menu item is prepared with loving energy and will raise your energy frequency. Much like yoga, Sabaidee Yoga Cafe aims for harmony between the body’s systems.
The cafe’s area is also a community space for retreaters to gather and connect and it’s certainly the happening space at 6am as Tai Chi students charge up on fresh coffee, tea, fruit and snacks before heading out for the celebrated “Sunrise Meditation” The area is decorated lovingly with a very relaxing ambiance. You can come and enjoy some time to yourself between asanas or use the space to naturally spark conversation with your fellow yogis. For the working yogi nomad, it is a suitable workspace equipped with WiFi.

The Nature Lodge
When you’re ready for authentic, homemade Thai cuisine, look no further than The Nature Lodge. Ning and her team provide a full buffet breakfast for our guests, including Thai omelettes, rice and curries, and local fruits. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant include some of the island’s most iconic dishes, such as Massaman Curry and Pad Thai. No Thai experience is complete without a proper home-cooked Thai meal, and Ning serves the best of the best.
