This training program will empower you to improve your own health and well-being

This training program will empower you to improve your own health and well-being, providing tools to establish a daily practice for being more healthy and happy in your everyday life. In this course, we focus on somatic meditation, meditating with the body, so it is very effective for yogis, athletes and actually anyone that spends a lot of time thinking. It will enable you to drop directly into the body and breath, and experience the meditative state rather easily.

So what will you learn in this 8-week meditation course?

This is a FOUNDATIONAL COURSE. Probably you won’t reach enlightenment here. But just like building a house, one must have a strong foundation and that foundation means to be able to abide in a tranquil state of awareness. It is only the daily practise that brings deep, genuine health and joy.

Bring the magic of a Retreat to your daily Life

This training will empower you to:

This program is the perfect way to build your personal practice. While in-person instruction is best, we should remember that the ancient texts from Buddhism, Yoga and Taoism all emphasize the importance of personal practice. This is the key to personal empowerment and transformation, that is why we divide this program in 8 weeks so you have time to Study, Ponder and Practice by yourself. The essence of the meditative path in the 3 major eastern traditions is practising on one's own.
