This session will start with the most basic backbend asana and teach you the appropriate tools to help you complete your backbend practice, step by step, without pain.
We will focus on developing and increasing flexibility to the chest and shoulders, flexibility of the hips and legs, and stabilizing and building the muscles of the lower back.
