Kapalabhati
Kriyas (cleansing/purification) and Pranayama (breathwork) are two extremely important and powerful aspects of yoga. Through powerful exhales and passive inhales in sequence, the body releases stale air trapped deep in the lungs and circulates fresh prana (energy) in the body. Nauli Kriya
Nauli Kriya is an advanced technique for purifying and toning the entire abdominal region and vital organs. This technique basically consists of massaging the abdomen and stomach, contracting and turning the abdominal muscles. Nauli has a lot of benefits, mainly linked to digestive functions, helping to cure constipation, reducing obesity and activating the functions of the liver, spleen and other glands. Reaching Nauli is not so simple and requires practice, so it is common to divide this technique into preparatory exercises. In this video, we divided into 5 steps, how to reach Nauli Kriya. Obs: People with high blood pressure, active ulcers or hernia complaints should not practice Nauli.
