What´s Included?

If you need a boost before your Sunrise Tai Chi, we offer a selection of fruit, snacks and warm drinks at 5:45 a.m. to help awaken your body before you awaken your mind! After your dynamic morning yoga practice, you’ll indulge in a nourishing full vegetarian breakfast buffet to replenish your body after an activity fueled morning. Here you will enjoy a variety of traditional Thai dishes as well as some more familiar western plates. We also serve a selection of fresh fruits, Thai coffee, granola, natural yoghurt, sticky rice and other fresh vegetables.

Sabaidee Yogi Cafe

Open daily for lunch and dinner, our health food cafe is a community space for you and your fellow yogis to connect.  It is a health-conscious space where you can come to nurture a connection with your body. All dishes are prepared with love, and align with our strong core values of freshness, nutrition, and variety. Much like yoga, Sabaidee Yogi Cafe aims for harmony between the body’s systems. With a very relaxed vibe, it is the perfect space to unwind, whilst the breathtaking views are a meditative experience in themselves.

Ulmar’s Nature Lodge

Ning and her beautiful kitchen team will spoil you with traditional Thai cuisine, offering  a wide selection of dishes including plenty of vegetarian options, as well as meat dishes and lots of fresh fish. You will enjoy your vegetarian breakfast buffet here every day and you can also order a la carte lunch and dinner here too.
