Antonella is passionate about mindful movement, breath, and meditation. Her style incorporates dance, Qi Gong, and Himilayan tradition. Antonella has taught yoga in five countries over a span of 16 years and draws her inspiration from far and wide. Her Island Yoga classes embody a slow, yet fluid form of hatha yoga. She sees the body as an instrument for mindfulness and self-observation.
