Island Yoga is based on Koh Yao Noi. Koh Yao Noi is located in Phang Nga Bay between Phuket and Krabi. National Geographic ranked Koh Yao Noi as one of the 6 Wild and Beautiful Places to Practice Yoga. Koh Yao Noi remains a hidden gem in Thailand and all of Southeast Asia – an island largely undiscovered by mainstream tourism with beaches, friendly locals, and outstanding natural beauty. Koh Yao Noi is really the perfect retreat hideaway.

Island Yoga is located on a beautiful beachfront looking over limestone karsts of Phnag Nga Bay. Due to the extreme tides, our beachfront is ideal for long strolls, sunbathing, and mediation. Swimming and snorkeling can be sought out on other beaches on the island within walking distance.

With easy to access and budget transportation around Phang Nga Bay, you’ll find traveling to Koh Yao Noi simple and affordable.

How To Get To Island Yoga

  • From the airport take a taxi to Bang Rong Pier. Approximately a 25-minute drive for 600 – 650 THB.
  • Catch a boat to Koh Yao Noi. The first boat leaves at 7:40 AM and runs every hour until 5:40 PM.  You can take a:
    • Speedboat: Approximately 300 THB, 30 minutes
    • Long Tail Boat: Approximately 200 THB, 1 hour
  • When you arrive at Koh Yao No take a local taxi to Island Yoga. Approximately a 20-minute drive for 100 – 150 THB
