This certificate program transforms new and experienced students of yoga into highly educated yogis who are qualified to teach internationally. It teaches you how to maintain a deep, strong personal practice. You learn the foundations of poses, anatomy, philosophy, and leadership. Then, you practice the art of sharing your gift with others.
Are you ready?
Movement principles, integration, anatomy for yoga teachers, beginning pranayama and meditation and mantra practices; and creating a balanced personal practice.
Backbends, arm balances, inversions, and hip openers, continued explorations of pranayama, mantra, meditation, and GIM (Guided Imagery and Music); sequencing, and assisting.
Lower back fundamentals, integrating the shoulder girdle, introduction to organs, fluid and skeletal, developmental movement patterns, continuing pranayama, mantra, and meditation.
Integrated whole movement; vinyasa and restorative applications, pranayama, mantra, and meditation, GIM explorations; continued sequencing, and assisting.
Our daily schedule will follow roughly the timetable below but is subject to change. We will aim to take 1.5 rest days per week to give enough time to integrate your learnings.
